Hello, friends and thank you for coming to visit Cheyenne's page. My name is Michelle, and I am a single mom to a little girl with a special heart. Cheyenne was born with a very rare CHD, Tricuspid Atresia, which means she is missing the valve between the two right chambers of her heart. She also has Severe Pulmonary Stenosis, and she is an ECMO survivor. It has been a long road for her, but she has been a brave soul and fought every step of the way. She is stronger than I could have ever imagined.
There have been so many people who have supported us. My family and my friends, old and new, have made it possible for me to make it through these difficult times and reach a new place in life. Thanks so much to all of them and may God bless them for their kindness, generosity and love. I wouldn't be writing Cheyenne's story if it weren't for Children's Hospital Boston, and the wonderful surgeons, cardiologists, and nurses who saved my little girl. Special thanks to Deb Rennie, who has taken the time to make this webpage for us. We can never tell you enough how much it means to us.
Please feel free to read Cheyenne's story and sign our guestbook to let us know you were here. I hope to reach families who have had similar diagnoses or situations and provide some support. Cheyenne is a true survivor, and she is living proof that miracles happen every day. She has taught me so much about life, hope, and love, and there will always be a tear in my eye when I think of how lucky I am to be blessed with her.
Hugs and Kisses,
Michelle & Cheyenne
